At Cozy Reads Hub, we strive to get your cozy reading accessories (like the PagePillow and E-Book Caddy) to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

  • Processing time begins once your payment is verified.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable) may require additional time— we'll notify you if so.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
    • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $6.99 (standard shipping).
  • We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size, location, and speed.
  • Expedited options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee—select during purchase.
  • International Shipping: Currently available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees (paid by the recipient).

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing (most areas receive in 4–6 days).
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after processing.
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing).
  • These are estimates only—actual delivery times depend on carrier performance, weather, holidays, and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
  • Track your package directly via the carrier's website or our order status page in your account dashboard.

Important Notes

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout—double-check for accuracy to avoid delays.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient postage, or refusal, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • For lost or damaged shipments: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at cozyreadshub@gmail.com with your order number and details. We'll work with the carrier to resolve (e.g., file a claim or resend).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some cases—standard street addresses are preferred for faster delivery.

Free Shipping Details

  • Free shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders (subtotal over $50 before taxes and discounts).
  • Excludes expedited shipping upgrades and international orders (unless a special promotion applies).
