Refund policy

At Cozy Reads Hub, we want you to love your PagePillow and E-Book Caddy as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Key Details:

• Timeframe: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Process: Start your return or exchange through your account dashboard, or email us at cozyreadshub@gmail.com for assistance. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label, so you don't pay for returns.
• Refunds: Once received and inspected (usually 3-5 business days), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Exchanges ship free too.
• Exceptions: Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled; however, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee equals the payment processing charge incurred by Stripe or PayPal (2.15% + $0.30 for domestic transactions, or 4.4% + $0.30 for international transactions). If you return or refuse delivery of an order, a 2.5% restocking fee will also be applied. For orders shipped via a freight company, any return shipping charges billed by the freight carrier will be deducted from your refund as well.
